Return and Exchange Policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • We DO NOT accept returns on hand painted purses and wallets.
  • We do accept returns on all non hand painted items. Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

  • Provide your order number and the reason for your return.

4. Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Upon receiving your returned item(s) and inspecting them, we will process your refund or exchange.
